One big point in the Holy Qu-ran is that Allah has no family whatsoever, and if someone claims to be a relative of His, i.e. Mom, Dad, Son etc., that proves them to be a non believer (infidel).
Jesus openly claimed to be His Son. The Koran says Muhammed and Jesus were prophets. Muhammed is Allah's friend. But Jesus is Allah's "closest friend".
NOW if Allah has a non believer as his best friend, How can any believer think to have a right to kill Jesus or any other infidel?
Allah is obviously ok with it.
The right you have is to elominate them from your gatherings or life (like their dead to you) not literally kill spirits that are of another calling.
I hope the point is clear. Allah knows all things in heaven and on earth, and that should be enough for you to know I am allowed to be anyway. by His authority. Sura 29 Verse 52
